What do we take care of as your event coordinator?

Wedding Venue

Runsheet Finalisation

We will sit with you to finalise your run sheet and communicate with all your vendors and those key persons involved with your event.

Vendor Management

We will liaise with your vendors to ensure a smooth bump in/out for your event. This includes managing your floor plan on the day.

Onsite Contact Point

We are the key contact for all your vendors and guests. We will sit down with you to understand who the key guests are for you to ensure we can assist them should the situation arise.

Responsible for Time Management

If the event is running behind schedule, we will make sure following a discussion prior to the event that we do our best to make up for that time and help assist.

Venue Visits

Prior to the event, we will arrange access to go to the venue and understand the floor plan, loading docks and all other facilities so when the day comes along our coordinator is well versed.

Endless Roles 

We can be that person that is in charge of your sound, ensuring those elderly guests have suitable access and transport. Basically all those roles that usually are forgotten about at the last minute.
